SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS

4.1 General Agreement

By using PostEx Group services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. PostEx Group reserves the right to modify terms with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

4.2 Customer Responsibilities

        Provide accurate, complete shipping information

        Ensure all items are legal and comply with applicable regulations

        Package items adequately to prevent damage

        Pay all fees at time of shipment

        Report issues within specified timeframes

4.3 PostEx Group Responsibilities

        Provide reliable shipping services in accordance with service level agreements

        Maintain shipment confidentiality

        Provide accurate tracking information

        Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly

4.4 Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly provided herein, PostEx Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. PostEx Group’s total liability is limited to the amount of the shipping fee or the declared shipment value (whichever is less) unless insurance was purchased. This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, or violations of law.

4.5 Warsaw Convention & International Shipments

International shipments are governed by the Warsaw Convention and local customs regulations. PostEx Group is not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, import duties, or regulatory compliance. Customers are responsible for providing required customs documentation.

4.6 Payment Terms

Payment is due at time of shipment. PostEx Group accepts credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. For business accounts, payment terms of NET 15 or NET 30 may be available upon credit approval. Late payments will incur a finance charge of 0.1% per day.

4.7 Service Interruption

PostEx Group reserves the right to suspend services to any account with overdue payments exceeding 15 days. Suspended accounts will be subject to account review and may require payment plan arrangement before service resumption. PostEx Group shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to service suspension.

4.8 Dispute Resolution

1.     Informal Resolution: Contact Customer Service within 10 days of the issue

2.     Mediation: If unresolved within 15 days, submit to third-party mediation

3.     Arbitration: Binding arbitration under Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940 (venue: Islamabad)

4.9 Regulatory Compliance

PostEx Group complies with Pakistan Post Office Act, 1898, Sales Tax Act, 1990, and all applicable federal and provincial regulations. Customers acknowledge full responsibility for any tax liability, penalties, or sanctions resulting from misstatements regarding shipment contents or value.

4.10 Force Majeure

PostEx Group shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, civil unrest, war, government action, or infrastructure failure. In such events, shipping deadlines shall be extended accordingly, or customers may elect to cancel and receive a full refund.

4.11 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, software, and services provided by PostEx Group are the property of PostEx Group or its licensors. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any PostEx Group intellectual property without written permission.

4.12 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad for any legal proceedings.

4.13 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
