01. THE ARCHIVE RULE

All pieces released by Flexa Club are classified as Artifacts. Due to the strictly limited nature of our production—often restricted to 75 units or fewer—all acquisitions are final. Once an Archive is sealed, it enters history. We do not offer exchanges or returns for "change of mind." Perfection is our standard; if an artifact arrives compromised by transit, documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt.

02. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The visual language, "Flexa" nomenclature, and all design paths (including embroidery maps and silhouettes) are the proprietary blueprints of The Architects. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our iconography is a violation of the Club’s digital and physical sanctity.

03. MEMBERSHIP VALIDATION

Acquisition of an Archive piece automatically initiates your entry into the Tiered Ascension System. Your data is held within our verified registry to track your progression toward the Inner Circle. This information is handled with industrial-grade discretion and is never traded to third-party entities.

04. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Flexa Club provides artifacts "as documented." While we strive for absolute precision in our digital representations, the tactile nature of our heavy-weight materials and depth-embroidery may vary slightly under different lighting conditions. This is the nature of crafted, not manufactured, art.

05. THE JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from the acquisition of an Archive shall be settled within this jurisdiction, under the silent authority of the Club’s founding principles.
