SHIPPING POLICY

2.1 Service Types

        Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

        Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

        Overnight: Next business day (within service zone)

        International: 7-14 business days (subject to customs clearance)

2.2 Shipping Rates

Rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and service type. A quote will be provided before shipment confirmation. Rates are fixed upon payment and may not change mid-shipment unless customer consents.

2.3 Prohibited Items

        Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, explosive substances)

        Weapons, ammunition, and firearm-related items

        Controlled substances and counterfeit goods

        Perishables (except with special packaging and expedited service)

        Biological or medical waste

        Any item in violation of local, national, or international laws

2.4 Packaging Standards

Shippers are responsible for proper packaging. Items must be adequately protected against damage during transit. PostEx Group reserves the right to refuse shipment of improperly packaged items or to repackage at shipper’s expense.

2.5 Pickup & Delivery

        Standard pickup: Within 24-48 hours of order

        Scheduled delivery windows available (morning/afternoon)

        Delivery to recipient at address shown on label

        Three delivery attempts will be made; unclaimed packages will be returned to sender

2.6 Tracking

Customers receive a unique tracking number upon shipment. Real-time tracking is available via our website and mobile app. Tracking information is updated at each major checkpoint. Customers are notified of delivery status via email and SMS.
